We’re happy to hold a free speech and language summer camp for children ages 4-8, beginning June 18!  The camp will be held at our Salisbury, NC location:  417 North Main Street, Suite F, and is open to all children in Rowan county who qualify.

The camp, run by licensed speech-language pathologists, is designed to strengthen children’s speech and language skills through interactive play, lessons and activities.  Camp will be in session every week, Monday through Friday, beginning June 18, and continuing through the week of August 6.  No camps will be held the weeks of July 2 or July 23.

We’re happy to announce our first workshop of the year.   “Visual Strategies to Promote Positive Learning Behaviors” will teach parents, educators, and therapists several ways to handle “problem” behaviors in children.

The one-day workshop will be held April 27, 2012.  CE units are available for SLPs.
